APPLICATION FORM – SUMMER TERM 2017

Students can take Summer courses at AIT in two ways: either independently, for those students wishing to participate in AIT’s partial curriculum during the summer only, or as an extension of the regular Spring Semester in order to receive additional credit. If you would like to apply for the Summer Term as an extension of the Spring semester please submit an application form for the Spring semester as well.

If you would like to apply only for the 5-week-long summer program read this information carefully and fill out the form hereunder.

AIT Summer Term will be offered between June 6 – July 7 2017. The Summer Term consists one 4-credit course on Mobile Software Development and one 2-credit course on Budapest Studies for a total of 6 credits. For detailed information please visit the Summer Term page.

On the application form below, you will be asked to give the name and e-mail address of one of your instructors / academic advisers who will write a letter of recommendation for you. Your letter writer does not need to be a computer scientist, but he/she should be able to write knowledgeably about your ability to succeed at AIT.

When you submit your application, this person will automatically receive an e-mail informing him/her how to submit the letter, so it is important that you have already received consent to give his/her name.

Finally, to complete your application, please send an official copy of your transcript (postmarked on or before the application deadline) to the AIT North American office: AIT - North America, PO Box 1244, Claremont, CA 91711.(Please note: Official "pdf" copies of transcripts may be sent directly from an applicants’ school registrar, study abroad office, or on-line retrieval system to jorrison [at] ait-budapest [dot] com. They will not be accepted if sent from applicants.)

The online application deadline for the 2017 Summer Term is March 1, 2017 (midnight, at the end of the day). Application deadline is extended to March 15, 2017. All supporting documents must be received within 10 days of the application deadline.

Should you have any questions regarding the application process, feel free to contact the AIT North American Administrator, Jody Orrison at jorrison [at] ait-budapest [dot] com.
